Our Story
Lee's Noodle was founded in 1985, starting from a simple family workshop operation. After decades of innovation and hard work, it has developed into a factory and warehouse covering an area of about 100,000 square feet with a fully automated production line located in a popular Asian community in Los Angeles County. The market share of Lee's Noodle products in the United States is as high as 33%, proudly symbolizing the company's achievement.

Our Products
Lee's Noodle has made traditional rice noodles into a distinctive product. Our Rice Noodles are soft and smooth – just a light press with your fingers will loosen them easily and prepare them for cooking, suitable either for stir-frying or making soup noodles. The Rice Cake Rolls provide a bouncier texture while maintaining our characteristic smooth, silky profile. The Thin Rice Papers are as stretchy and thin as light gauze. While the Fresh Rice Stick Noodles are stickier and chewier, they can also be stored naturally for a long time.
